We are delighted to inform you that Rancilio group and The Coffee machine Company will exhibit at the London coffee festival, event to be held at the Old Truman Brewery, Brick lane, London, 27-29 April 2012. Our booth number is HP 40.
The stand will be dedicated to Xcelsius, our new temperature-profiling brewing system and to the UK presentation of our new range of grinders. Xcelsius received the WCE technical approval in 2011, it is the only system in the world that, beside meeting with the demanding temperature stability parameters, it allows baristas to micro manage the brew temperature during the coffee extraction.
