| The Eight edition of the International Food Fair Salone Internazionale del Gusto in Turin |
Rancilio welcomes you to the Salone del Gusto 2010, which is being held from the 21st to the 25th of October in the City of Turin. It is an educational event which develops learning, knowledge, comparison and discovery of the world of fair and sustainable food. The event's objective is to communicate to visitors the importance of quality and reliability for ''food & beverage'' which can still transmit joy, food restored to its true value. Once again, this year Rancilio will be present at the event as technical partner of the Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity and it will make available 12 of the most sophisticated version (with USB technology) of its exceptional CLASS 10 machine. Slow Food deals with safeguarding the communities of small-scale producers, protecting traditional food and promoting geographic areas, creating new economic models and putting them in practice all over the world. You will find Rancilio products in Pavilion 5 on the Lavazza stand, in the space dedicated to the Terre Alte di Huehuetenango Presidia and in the area organized for the Alliance Project (a large united network where Italian cooks meet and make a pact with the producers of the Slow Food Presidia, undertaking to cook and promote their products). The company from Parabiago will also participate at the fourth edition of the Terra Madre network world meeting on Saturday the 23rd of October. It is a type of fringe event, organized in a dedicated space in the Parco Culturale Le Serre di Grugliasco, with the aim of raising visitors' awareness of the importance of cultural and linguistic diversities.
